You will begin seeing the phrase 'registration requested' for our programs. This allows us to better estimate the number of people who plan to attend our events. We will offer registration through various channels, including online, over the phone, in person, and via Facebook.

We have been struggling with attendance - either a bigger group than we expected or too few for the program to run. Your registration will help us plan more efficiently. 

If you don't sign up, will we turn you away?

No, unless there is an attendance cap, which is rare.

Does it mean we'll be mad if you can't attend at the last minute?

No. This is being implemented so that we are prepared for a successful program.
