This process can be completed at home or in the library.
Once the application is complete, please bring your identification to the library's front desk, and one of our volunteers will finalize the process and issue you a card.

Interlibrary Loan Service: Borrow materials from libraries throughout PA and the U.S.
Reference Service: Use experienced librarians to save time and frustration when searching for information.
Meeting Space (Call for policies and availability)
Outreach: Library staff can present a program at your location
Extension collections: Limited collections can be delivered for a month at a time to nursing and personal care facilities
Services that are not free
Passport Services are available at Hamlin Community Library
Faxing ($1 per page)
Copies ($0.25 per page, black and white, and $0.50 per page in color; photos cost more)
Scanning ($5 per scan; no page limit)
Laminating (prices set by lamination size - $1 to $4)
