What can we do together?
Partner with Us
Hamlin Community Library is working to become a true hub of the community. We are currently partnering with Wayne Tomorrow! to achieve that initiative. If you are a local business looking for ways to help build and grow the community, think about partnering with us. We are excited to lead Southern Wayne county and the surrounding areas into a wonderful future. For more information consider getting involved with Wayne Tomorrow!, Hamlin-Lake Ariel Rotary, or email the library director.

Volunteer
This is one of the simplest ways to help. We have more than thirty volunteers here in Hamlin, and we are so grateful. We are aware that we could not open our doors without the dedicated people who give us a few hours every week to make sure that you get the best service. We believe community involvement is a key to success for all of us. Whether you want to help out a few hours each week, run a program here at the library, help promote the library, help with fundraisers or other events, we want to meet you! Click the link below to complete a form about how you want to get involved.
Donate Books
We are grateful to accept gently used books for donation. If we are unable to use your books in our collection, they will either be sold in book sales to benefit the library, or donated to other local nonprofit organizations.
We accept most donations, but there are a few things we cannot accept. These items include:
Musty, dirty, or damaged books
Textbooks
Reader's Digest condensed books
Magazines
Encyclopedias
Donations must be brought inside the library. Items left outside can be damaged and are considered dumping.
